HM-ZD350D Automatic Rigid Box Machine is the
most advanced fully auto box machine by our company. It is suitable to make
various types of rigid boxes for mass production, such as premium box, mobile phone
box, jewelry box, wine box, slanting box,, etc.
This machine adopts YASKAWA PLC and motion
control, YAMAYA Robot spotter, and can automatically feed cover paper,
feed grey board, paste four corners, spot grey board, lift box, wrap box, fold
corner edges and form box.
The feeder, gluer and conveyor are driven servo which has
continuously variable transmission and enjoys high accuracy, easy adjusting,
and less time consumption. The spotter unit adopts Germany
Balser camera tracing system with YAMAHA robot and SCARA for rectifying,
enhancing the spotting accuracy to ±0.05mm. The forming unit employs electric
Cam with Servo motors, guaranteeing the stable quality and fluent movement.
